    Cancellations & Refunds

      • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour.
      • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours with a full refund or alternative arrangements.

        • Participants must be in good physical condition and comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides.
        • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who poses a safety risk.
        • Bali 4WD Tour is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages during the tour.

        Liability & Insurance

          • We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
          • Participants are encouraged to have travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
